This project is a bug container including 2 sliding parts. The bottom piece of the container is where you will put the bugs. The top piece has nine very small holes going through the whole top half. To feed the bugs, you will place food into the six holes and then plug the holes with fake flowers to prevent the food from floating out of the holes. This will help astronauts, and the livestock they may bring on the journey, be healthier on the way to Mars in 2050. Bugs are a very good source of protein. The purpose for this design is to help the astronauts and animals (food wise) have an easier trip to Mars, and maybe other planets, too.
