My design allows astronauts in space to eat warm meals! This design is an oven built for Mars. It uses sustainable energy, the natural heat from Mars’s surface, to heat the oven and cook the food. The oven would be printed out of ceramic. The size would be 3 feet by 3 feet, including the door. HOW IT WORKS: There isn’t a bottom to this oven. Heat released from Mars surface flows into the bottom to cook the food. There is a door on the front of the oven, like one you would find in a regular kitchen, for easy access to the trays that you set your food on. The trays are also removable so you can wash them. My design is new, and creative, I hope you consider it!
